It’s a good time to book a repair service from Row2Grow™Fitness
We offer a repair service where the engineer will carry out an inspection of the machine with the goal of identifying what the issue is and the best way to move it forward.
In many cases, we are able to fix the problem on the first visit. This is where it is vitally important to have as much information as possible from you when you contact us with a repair request.
Once on site the engineer will:
- Inspect the machine and environment for safety first
- Carry out a range of diagnostic tests to confirm the fault
- Advise you of the approximate cost to repair the machine and timescales
- Once authorised to do so, the engineer will either fit the parts needed (if available), or order the parts and book a time to return to fit them.
- Test the machine post repair to ensure that the machine is working correctly
We aim to fix as many problems at the first visit, but this is not always possible.
Pricing
Initial call out charge £95.00*
Subsequent call out charges £40.00* per visit (for the same repair)
Labour charges £35.00 per hour
*The price may be subject to additional costs / charges, such as congestion charges, ULEZ, Parking and Mileage, dependant on your location. These costs will be advised at the time of quotation.
